Stuart is a professional golfer from Basingstoke, Hampshire. Stuart turned professional in 2008 off the back of a successful amateur career with a handicap of +2. During his time Stuart represented the county of Hampshire over 40 times at all levels from U16’s, U18’s U21’s and Men’s 1st Team. He also won the prestigious, Hampshire County Championship and reached the quarter finals at the English Amateur Championships.
Stuart has flourished since joining the paid ranks and has won 4 events spanning the country. In only his third event as a professional on The Jamega Tour Stuart pitched up his first win at Witney Lakes in Oxfordshire with an impressive -11 total to win by 1. Shortly After in 2008 Stuart lost in the 4 man playing on The William Hunt Trilby Tour, just missing out on £20,000 for the First Prize.
In 2009 he added another Jamega Tour title at South Winchester with a -6 Total to win by 3 shots, this came only days after narrowly missing out on qualifying.

For the open championship at Turnberry, Scotland. This carried into 2010 where Stuart focused his attentions on the PGA’s Europro tour and success was not far away when he won the Dawson and Sanderson Classic at longhirst Hall Golf Club in a play off which lasted 5 holes.
He Completed the season finishing 10th on the order of merit and narrowly missing a Top 5 spot which would have earned him a challenge Tour card.
2011 Started off where previous years began and he was unlucky not to add a third Jarrehan Tour title at The Vale Resort in Wales where he was beaten in a playoff and had to settle for Second….But success struck again later in the year where Stuart won a second PGA Golf Title in the Kerry London Open at Burhill Golf Club to scoop the £10,000 1st prize by a shot with a -5 score over the 3 rounds. However he only managed a 11th place finish on the order of merit and again missed out on playing privileges on The European Challenge Tour for the following season.
2012 was a year to forget with Stuarts best result being a tie 6th place in Your Golf Travel Classic at Bovey Castle, He was ravaged with injury, a back problem which unfortunately led him to quit playing completely un August 2012 and seek other employment…
In March 2013 Stuart had a change of heart and decided to pick he clubs up again after 7 months off and to test the condition on his back. In May after an extensive fitness regime he returned to playing competitive golf. The year was a slow start and a string of missed cuts, but after finding his feet and his first cut of the year made at The Kingspan Open in Ireland.
